Morgan is passionate, determined, and never one to let hard work scare her away from chasing after her dreams. From age 18, she has fully emerged herself into this industry. Assisting and working a long side multiple very success salon owners/educators in California and in Oregon. Its this love for continue education + team collaboration that lead her open the doors at June Karter. A salon for clients who love low-maintenance luxury and stylists who crave hands-on continued education in a high-touch environment. Since opening its doors in March of 2023, Morgan has worked tirelessly to grow and lead the June Karter team, divulge all of her industry secrets to the next generation of stylists, continue to serve her clients, and somehow still carve out time to spend with her husband, 2 sons and bonus daughter!

FAQ'S
We are located at 265 South Main Street in downtown Independence Oregon. Our salon is by appointment only!
You can get a quote or estimate for your hair service by filling out our inquiry form, head to the New Client page to complete the form.
All clients are required to keep an active card on file. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule/cancel your scheduled appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within that 48 hour window - you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file. No-shows will be charged the full 100% amount of the service scheduled.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
All of our stylists are required to complete initial onboarding training to assure they are able to work under our high standards. Stylist levels are determined by current skill set and level, and stylist demand, and changes based on a stylist’s growth.
You can park on the street in front of the salon or in the surrounding areas. Parking is free with no time limit!
Please notify us immediately if you seem to be running late. We will do our best to accommodate. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. This will default to our cancellation policy.
Due to the small size of our salon and the encouraging, safe vibe that we like to curate in our space we ask that you don’t bring anyone with you to your appointment.
All clients must keep an active card on file. We will never charge you UNLESS our policies are not respected and followed. If your card is taken off file, any existing appointments scheduled will be canceled.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 5 days. We will gladly have you back into the salon to address your issues/concerns. We do not offer refunds for services performed.
